Bottle cap jewelry...what a simple idea! I just wish it could have been mine :). Besides making hair bows, I started playing around with sealed bottle caps. I would see them at all the boutique stores I visited and couldn't get enough of them, so I started my research on how to make my own.
This process has been a lot of trial and error for me, but I've figured out my own style and technique. Using my photoshop to create my own images and designs, the possibilities are endless.
My most popular item are my custom photo wine glass charms. I can take almost any photo and crop it to fit a bottle cap and have it sealed in. These make great Christmas, birthday, & wedding gifts. I love to take people's memories and create something that will be admired by many.
Another place I like to include bottle caps are on hair bows.
Of course I can make necklaces and bracelets with them, but the newest are keychains/backpack zipper pulls. I am currently making some as a cheerleading spirit gift for a friend.
Bottle cap art has definitely been a fun, rewarding craft. I'd really like to try this same concept on other types of pendants, so that may be my next journey :)
